CDL Driver – Full-Time

ESSL, LLC | Soil Stabilization Services

ESSL, LLC, a leading soil stabilization company, is currently seeking a qualified and dependable CDL Driver to join our team. This is a full-time position with 40+ hours per week with PAID OVERTIME opportunity , offering steady work in a construction-focused environment, that will put you home nightly 95% of the time

Position Responsibilities

• Safely operate commercial vehicles to transport materials and equipment to and from job sites
• Load, unload, and securely strap heavy equipment in compliance with all safety regulations
• Maintain accurate driver logs, trip records, and required paperwork
• Plan and follow secure and efficient transportation routes
• Perform assigned job duties using hand tools, power tools, trucks, forklifts, and other heavy equipment
• Light maintenance and repairs on trucks and equipment as needed or assigned
• Willing to operate tractors, pumps, generators, etc. onsite when not relocating heavy equipment from site to site
• Read and interpret work orders or follow verbal instructions to complete job assignments
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Travel to job sites using a personal vehicle as required
• Familiar with 10-speed manual transmission and lowboy trailer preferred

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required
• Hazmat endorsement preferred , but not required
• Ability to safely handle and secure heavy equipment
• Strong attention to safety and compliance standards
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Requirements

• Clean driving record
• Successful completion of a criminal background check
• Construction or related industry experience preferred
• Reliable transportation to job sites as needed

Job Type

• Full-Time
• NOT 'paid by the mileage' type of position
