Entry-Level Drilling Laborer - Paid Training

Lako Drilling, Inc. - Arthur, ND

Lako Drilling, Inc. is hiring dependable, hard-working individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Drilling Laborers. If you're looking for hands-on outdoor work and a long-term career in the drilling and construction industry, we will train you-no prior experience required.

What You'll Do

Assist with water well drilling operations
Work alongside experienced drillers on job sites
Help operate and maintain equipment such as drill rigs, horizontal boring machines, excavators, skid steers, and trenchers
Load/unload materials and keep job sites organized
Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

What We're Looking For

Strong work ethic and reliability
Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Ability to perform physically demanding labor (lifting, bending, standing)
Team-oriented mindset
CDL required or willingness/ability to obtain one
