Key Responsibilities

Provide physical therapy services during a facility-wide transition to the EPIC electronic health records system
Support continuity of patient care throughout the EHR implementation period
Document patient evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes within EPIC
Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure seamless workflow during the system transition

Required Qualifications

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required
Active Physical Therapy licensure in the state of California required
Basic Life Support (BLS, HS-BLS, or RQI BLS) certification required
Recent hands-on experience with both EPIC and Cerner electronic health record systems required

Preferred Experience / Skills

Experience working in a facility undergoing an EHR system transition
Ability to adapt quickly to evolving workflows in a fast-paced clinical environment
