Contract | 13 Weeks | Days | Onsite | Monday–Friday, No Weekends | Expected 32–40 hours/week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy evaluation and treatment services within a community-based outpatient setting
• Treat patients across all age groups, including pediatric patients for those with demonstrated competency in that population
• Manage a diverse caseload covering all diagnoses common to outpatient orthopedic and sports rehabilitation practice
• Document patient care and progress using an electronic health record system (Cerner)
• Build and maintain therapeutic relationships with patients, family members, and interdisciplinary colleagues
• May be required to cover additional outpatient locations within the regional network as needed

Required Qualifications

• Active New Jersey Physical Therapist State License required
• New graduates are eligible and encouraged to apply
• Ability to work day shift hours (8:00 AM – 6:30 PM window)
• No call requirements
• No float requirements outside of designated outpatient locations

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior outpatient physical therapy experience preferred
• Experience working with pediatric populations is a plus, though not required
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to foster lasting relationships with patients, families, and colleagues
