Job Description
The Road Crew Laboror plays a vital role in supporting road construction and maintenance projects by operating a variety of equipment and handling materials from sub base preparation through to boxing in roads for asphalt application. Working within small teams of 2-5 members, they ensure work sites are safe, well-prepared, and maintained while responding quickly to on-site emergencies. This role involves daily local travel to multiple sites and requires strong teamwork and communication skills.
