Live Chat Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Live Chat Support Specialist. As a member of our Quality Floor Service department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through our live chat channel. The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience and be proficient in written communication. This is a full-time position based in our Houston, Texas office.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through our live chat channel
• Utilize product knowledge and company resources to provide accurate and timely responses
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and efficient manner
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and a seamless support experience
• Maintain detailed records of interactions with customers and report any recurring issues to management
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
• Identify and recommend improvements to the live chat support process to enhance the overall customer experience

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a live chat or online support role
• Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of the English language
• Proficiency in typing and using chat software
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
• A positive attitude and a passion for providing exceptional customer service
• Flexibility to work occasional weekends and holidays as needed
