Live Chat Support Agent

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Live Chat Support Agent to join our growing team in Houston, Texas. As a Live Chat Support Agent, you will be responsible for providing efficient and effective support to our customers through live chat. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through live chat in a timely and professional manner
• Identify and troubleshoot customer issues, provide solutions and escalate to the appropriate team if needed
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
• Collaborate with team members to continuously improve the overall customer experience
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
• Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals and metrics

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in computer skills, including typing and navigating multiple systems simultaneously
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays if needed
