Job Title: Golf Pro Shop Attendant
Department: Pro Shop
Reports To: Pro Shop Supervisor 

Position Summary
The Golf Pro Shop Attendant is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while supporting the daily operations of the golf pro shop and clubhouse. Under the general supervision of the Pro Shop Supervisor, this position assists customers with reservations, merchandise sales, golf cart rentals, and general inquiries while ensuring the pro shop and clubhouse facilities remain clean, organized, and welcoming.
 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

·       Provide outstanding customer service to golfers, guests, and visitors.
·       Answer telephone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
·       Schedule and manage tee times and golf course reservations.
·       Collect and accurately record daily green fees and other golf-related revenues.
·       Process merchandise sales and maintain point-of-sale transactions.
·       Prepare and reconcile daily deposits and cash handling activities.
·       Coordinate golf cart rentals and monitor cart usage.
·       Assist customers with golf-related information, course policies, and pro shop services.
·       Maintain inventory displays and ensure merchandise areas are organized and presentable.
·       Perform routine housekeeping and custodial duties to maintain the cleanliness of the pro shop, clubhouse, and surrounding areas.
·       Adhere to all organizational policies, procedures, attendance standards, and Code of Conduct requirements.
·       Perform other related duties as assigned.
 
Minimum Qualifications
 
·        High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
·        Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.
·        Minimum of six (6) months of customer service and/or clerical experience.
·        Valid driver's license.
·        Basic cash handling and computer skills.
·        Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and special events as needed.
